FundShare Fund Management

FundShare Fund Management B.V. (FFM) is a fund manager, founded in 2006, active in the management of funds under both the UCITS and AIFMD regimes. Since its inception, expertise has been gained in regular fund management, asset management, management of (qualified) money market funds and (algorithmic) trading activities. This has led to an efficient and transparent cost structure, where the customer's interests come first and foremost. FundShare Fund Management offers a varied selection of investment funds, fund structure and money market fund solutions to professional financial service providers, whereby automation, risk management, compliance, transparency and low costs are paramount.

FFM was founded in 2006 as HiQ Invest by 5 former Binck / AOT employees (IT / Quant / Trader). The Fundamental Value Fund was the first fund to be launched. Followed by the Market Neutral Fund, a market neutral arbitrage hedge fund. An advanced and automated infrastructure has been developed entirely in-house for this hedge fund. The interest of external parties in the (cost) efficient structure has created sister companies FundShare Administrator, DAF Depository and DeGiro. FFM currently has more than € 300 million assets under management (AUM), divided into 23 Sub-Funds, 6 external Operating Companies and 68,000 clients.

FundShare Fund Management B.V. (FFM) is part of the LPE Capital B.V. holding group. In addition to FFM, FundShare Administrator and DeGiro are part of the group. The founders of FFM are the major shareholders of LPE. A small part of the shares is held by the employees.
